Thanks so much to everyone who has visited and appreciated my art! I can't believe I still get them after so long!

I have done a few more drawings for a local art gallery. Nothing sold, but it was a good experience.
A soon as I get my scanner hooked up I will upload my most recent drawings and see what you guys think.
I'm working on some commissions coming up and a few projects...more to come!

It was the amazing talent on this website that inspired me to draw again. I'm hoping to get back into the community and create more art...and try new things. Maybe paint or illustrations perhaps? We'll see.
Thanks again to everyone for still liking me and for producing such great art on this website.

My daughter is 1 today! (It's after midnight on the 19th lol) So that's exciting!

Mood: Tired but Happy

Hello everyone! Just a quick hello and update. Sorry it took so long to write here. It's been crazy busy since my baby girl was born, but I have been reading the comments and trying to respond to most of them. Thank you to everyone for all the nice things you say and for faving and watching me! I truly do appreciate every one of them, especially since I haven't drawn anything new in such a long time. I am hoping to start drawing again so look out for some new stuff in the near future.
Emily was born January 19th, 2006, 7lbs 6oz, at 8:51 am by induction, which I DO NOT recommend to anyone. It was a troublesome labor and delivery and recovery, but we got through it and very happy for it.
She is now 7 weeks and a few days and finally sleepign through the night! The goal of every parent I think.

It has been a while since I've written anything here, and apparently someone got a hold of my password and sent a weird question to the help desk about removing mozillafox, etc. something or other. Very weird. So I changed it so ha!
This whole pregnancy thing is no picnic, let me tell you. Since most of the nausea and worst of it is calmed down for now I am hoping to start drawing again.
I have an angelina jolie drawing I was working on months ago that I think I'll finish before I start anything new.
I am 6 months and will probably not know the gender until it is born. My mother is all for it lol.
What do you guys think of the name Emily for a girl? I have no names for a boy, since my gut is telling me it's a girl, but I think we have to be prepared, right? Pete, my boyfriend, is no help in that area so maybe you have some suggestions?

Mood: Tired but restless

I have very exciting news to share with everyone! I have recently found out that my boyfriend and I are expecting a baby!
It's all still so overwhelming and exciting as I'm sure it will be for the rest of our lives. We are so happy since we both want a family and can ask for no better gift than a baby of our own. I am about a month in so we have a loooong way to go!

So needless to say I haven't had much time to do alot of art or even think straight lol. I have been working on my Alicia Silverstone drawing today which made me think about this site and I realized I haven't updated in a while. I will upload the latest progress of the drawing soon. Have a great weekend everyone!

Mood: money hungry

I can't believe it's Friday already! My bosses will be out of town on conferences ALL week next week so it's gonna be da bomb in my office.
Not much done by way of art this week. I can't print any ref photos since my printer is out of ink. Until then I'm still working on my Gwenyth drawing and my new website so look out for those.
Anyhoo that's all for now.
